Through the backdrop of Malabar life, the movie Oru Vadakkan Sandesham offers a picture of that land's way of existence. They are all employed in Sudhi's personal two-wheeler workshop. Kiran, Ashraf, and Joy are the others. Sudhi has a crush on one of them, a girl named Nihara. Meanwhile, the film takes a fresh turn when social worker Jyothi Lakshmi is murdered.
