Night Shift Studios Production No.2 was written and directed by Rahul Sadasivan. The movie is produced by Ramachandra Chakravarthy and Sashi under the banners of All Night Shifts and YNot Studios.

Night Shift Studios is preparing for its second production endeavor, the 2024 blockbuster Bhramayugam team, after initially focusing only on making horror thrillers. On March 24, 2025: NSS2, the second production project of Night Shift Studios, which was founded solely to make horror-thriller movies, started shooting. Following the critically and popularly acclaimed black-and-white blockbuster Bhramayugam, starring Mammootty, Night Shift Studios is producing this film. Established in 2021 by producer Ramachandra Chakravarthy, Night Shift Studios has rapidly emerged as a major player in the horror film industry, offering viewers amazing cinematic experiences. The director is preparing for his upcoming major motion picture with Pranav Mohanlal and is collaborating with Rahul Sadashivan once more. Filming for this new movie will go on until June 2025. Producers S Sasikanth and Chakravarthy Ramachandra expressed their excitement about working with Rahul Sadashivan again and said they are working with Bhramayugam's top team to bring another incredible story to life. They added that this movie will make greater use of the horror thriller genre's potential and will display Pranav Mohanlal's acting prowess in a way that has never been seen before.

The film's writer and director, Rahul Sadashivan, stated that Bhramayugam has provided him with a wonderful experience and that it is thrilling to collaborate once more with these producers who completely support his ideas. Working with Mohanlal was an incredible experience, Pranav continued, and with NSS2, they hope to provide another unique cinematic experience to viewers worldwide.

The group is getting ready for the movie's theatrical debut in the final quarter of 2025.
