Even before its release, Prithviraj Sukumaran's Empuraan, which stars Mohanlal in the lead role, is setting new milestones in Indian film. The movie's advance ticket sales for all of India opened on March 21 at 9:00 a.m. The BookMyShow app alone has sold 645K seats in India within 24 hours of the reservation.
