Kirata: In The Dread of Night Malayalam movie is directed by newcomer Roshan Konni. The film Kirata features Chembil Ashokan, Dr. Rajith Kumar, Aristo Suresh, Neena Kurup, Vaikha Rose, Ambily Ouseph, Sachin Palaparambil, Manoj PV Gopalan, Anwar, Amruth, Shameer Bin Karimrawther, Srikanth Chikku, Prince Varghese, Minnu Merin, Atulya Nadarajan, Shikha Manoj, Ann Mary, Master Ian Roshan, Baby Fabia Anas Khan, Malavika, Nayana Balakrishnan, Maya Sridhar, Karthika Sriraj, Bala Mayuri, Lekha B, Sibi Krishnan, Ansu Konni, George Thomas, Binu Konni, Binu Talens, and Uthaman Aranmula along with producer Edathody Bhaskaran in a guest role. The movie Kirata is produced under the auspices of Edathody Films Pvt. Ltd. Ottapalam by Edathody Bhaskaran (Bahrain).

Director Roshan Konni himself handled the camera and editing of Kirata. The screenplay of the film is written by Jitta Roshan from the story of herself and is also the co-director. Shyam Aravind and Kalesh Kumar Konni are the chief associate directors.

Following Pooja, the film's production gets underway. The mysteries of AchanKovil River will serve as the backdrop for the horror movie Kirata. New actors play the main parts in the film, which masterfully depicts the rural settings and Konni's aesthetics. The movie also has well-known Tamil and Malayalam actors. The audience will have a novel experience with the young twins' love, battle, and terror moments set against the stunning backdrop of a thick forest.

The music for the film 'Kirata' is composed by Sajith Shankar and the lyrics are by Manoj Kulathingal, Murali Moothedam, and Aristo Suresh. Balram Ottappalam, Nimmi Chakkingal, and Aristo Suresh are the singers. Everyone will be drawn to Aristo Suresh's distinctive song as well. The dance choreographer of Kirata is Shameer Bin Karim Rawther.
