The third movie in Weekend Blockbusters' Weekend Cinematic Universe, which stars Sophia Paul, has a title. The movie 'Jambi' will be a part of the Weekend Cinematic Universe, following Detective Ujjwalan and Minnal Murali. The first zombie movie in Malayalam is anticipated to be this one, directed by rookie George Kora. "The Undead Have a Story to Tell" is the movie's tagline.

The title-revealing motion poster will be made available on 25 December 2024. Filming is scheduled to begin next year, with a 2026 release date. Next year, Detective Ujjwalan will be released, the second movie in the Weekend Cinematic Universe. Debutants Rahul G and Indraneel Gopikrishnan wrote and directed this movie starring Dhyan Sreenivasan.
