Amoz Alexander Malayalam dark crime thriller movie is written and directed by Ajay Shaji, who made his debut. The title character Amoz Alexander is portrayed by Jafar Idukki and this is a completely distinct character. As an actor, this is a really powerful character. Actor Jafar will have a lot of opportunities to play this challenging role. Another significant role is portrayed by Aju Varghese, a media activist. Newcomer Thara is the movie's heroine. Additionally, significant roles in this movie are played by Dayana Hameed, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Sunil Sukhada, Sreejith Ravi, Ashraf Pilakkal, and Rajan Varkala. Some well-known celebrities and up-and-coming actors are joining them in significant parts. The movie Amoz Alexander is produced by Ashraf Pilakkal under the banner of Manjadi Creations. Following Bhagavathipuram, Hello Dubaikkaran, Third Day, Whiteman, and Kuttante Shinigami, this is Manjadi Creations' sixth film. The screenplay was written by the directors Ajay Shaji and Prashanth Vishwanathan.

Jayendra Sharma is the chief associate director, and the creative head is Siraj Moon Beam. The project designers are Sudhir Kumar and Anoop Thodupuzha.

On 10 December 2024, the filming for the movie Amoz Alexander which stars Jaffer Idukki and Aju Varghese started at the Malankara Estate in Thodupuzha. With a sizable audience of filmmakers, actors, and family members, Nadirshah hosted the premiere of the film, which was directed by debutant Ajay Shaji and produced by Ashraf Pilakkal under the Manchadi Creations brand. Director Ajay Shaji's parents, Shobhana and Nadirsha, performed the switch-on function, while Jaffer Idukki and his wife, Mrs. Simi Jaffer, joined hands and offered the first clap to start the shooting.

Greetings were given to the audience by Nadhir Shah, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Aju Varghese, Sunil Sukhada, the film's heroine Thara, Kuttante Shinigami director Rasheed Parakkal, overseas distributor Rajan Varkala, Nasser Latif, and actors Subhash and Souparnika. An introductory speech was also delivered by Hyder Ali and the producer Ashraf Pilakkal also conveyed his gratitude. Following these rituals, Nadirsha and producer Ashraf Pilakkal's family co-launched the movie's title, Amoz Alexander.

Director Ajay Shaji is breaking into the mainstream film industry by working on editing and commercials. In this movie, Ajay Shaji tells a unique crime thriller tale. The movie is set against the backdrop of a hilly village and is presented in an incredibly realistic way.

The music for 'Amoz Alexander' is composed by Mini Boy, and the lyrics are by Prashanth Vishwanathan.

Filming for the movie will start at the Malankara Estate in Thodupuzha on 10 December 2024 and also at another Kochi site. This movie is currently being filmed in and around Thodupuzha.
