Punchirimutath Ittikkora Malayalam movie is directed by Sinto Sunny who is famous for his film Pappachan Olivilanu. The film features Manoj KU as the titular character Punchirimutath Ittikkora who won acclaim for playing the central character in the much talked about and successful film Thinkalazhcha Nishchayam, along with Hannah Reji Koshy as the heroine. Thanmaya Sol, who starred in Rajinikanth's Vettaiyan, has a significant role in the movie.
