Padakuthira Malayalam movie is directed by Salon Symon. The film padakuthira features Aju Varghese, Renji Panicker, Suraj Venjaramoodu, and Sijaa Rose as the lead. The other prominent stars include Indrans, Nandu, Akhil Kavalayoor, Joemon Jyothir, Shameer Khan, Dileep Menon, Kottayam Ramesh, Shaheen Sidhique, Shaju Shreedar, Baiju Ezhupunna, James Elia, Kaarthik Shankar, Sminu Sijo and others. The movie Padakuthira is produced by Bini Sreejith, Manju I Sivanandan, and Sai Saravannan under the banner of Mabins Productions and Feel Flying Entertainments. The screenplay for the film Padakuthira is written by Deepu S Nair and Sandeep Sadanandan who were known for films Ore Mukham and Pushpaka Vimanam.

Deepak Narayan is the chief associate director and the associate director is Jidhu Sudhan. The executive producer of the film is Rinny Divakar and the line producer is Dr. Ajith T. DOP Jiju Sunny is the cinematographer for the movies 2023 Parking, and 2022 Pyali, also he is the associate cinematographer of 2021 Annaatthe and 2019 Viswasam.

On Thiruvonam, 15 September 2024 the first look poster for Salon Symon's film "Padakuthira" was unveiled. The auspicious pooja ceremony of the film Mabins Production No.1 was held at the Valakom Nayara Petrol Pump on 18 August 2024. The movie was titled Padakuthira. The title poster mentioned Estd 1950 and comes with the tagline 'pen is mightier than the sword'.

The music for the film 'Padakuthira' was composed by Dhanush Harikumar and Vimaljith Vijayan with lyrics penned by Vayalar Sarath Chandra Varma and Vinayak Sasikumar.
