Koodal Malayalam movie directed by Shaanu Kakkoor (Shanu Chelakkara) and Shafi Eppikkad. The film Koodal features Bibin George as the lead, along with four heroines. The female lead is portrayed by Mareena Michael Kurisingal, Niya Varghese, Anu Sonara the sister of actress Anu Sithara, and transwoman model Riya Isha also plays the key role. Gajaraj, the father of renowned Tamil filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj, has a significant part in the movie. Vijilesh Karayad, Vineeth Thattil, Vijayakrishnan, Kevin, Rafi Chakkapajam, Akhil Shah, Sam Jeevan, Ali Arangadath, Lali Marakkar, Sneha Vijayan, Archana Ranjith, Dasettan Kozhikode (Shanmughadas J), and many reels and social media stars and many new faces are in the film. The movie Koodal is produced by Jithin KV under the banner of P&J Productions. The story, screenplay, and dialogues for the film Koodal are written by one of the directors, Shafi Eppikkad, who is famous for the film Chekkan, along with Rafi Mankada and Yasir Parathakkad as co-writers.

Asim Kottoor is the chief associate director of Koodal. Shajeer Pappa is doing the cinematography. Santosh Kaimal is the project designer. Mohan C Neelamangalam is the associate director, and the assistant directors are Yasir Parathakkad, Anaika Shivaraj, PT Babu, and Sathyan Cherpulassery.

The celebration of today's youth and the activities that take place among them are the subjects of the movie. The action and five thrilling songs are the film's high points. Manikandan Perumpadappu, who rose to fame with his widely shared song "Oru Kaattu Moolanu..." from the film Chekkan, performs both singing and acting. Hero Bibin George has also performed a lovely song.

The first poster for the Malayalam movie Koodal, which takes place during a camping trip, was unveiled on 25 December 2024. Numerous social media and movie stars shared the poster, including well-known actors Manju Warrier, Jayasurya, Vishnu Unnikrishnan, and filmmaker Nadirsha.

Bibin George's Koodal has started shooting. The locations of the film Shaanu Kakkoor - Shafi Eppikkad are Palakkad and Coimbatore. It is set against a backdrop of camping, a first for Malayalam.

The title launch and pooja ceremony of P&J Productions production No.1 'Koodal' was held at Kaloor Hotel Gokulam Park on Chingam 1, 17 August 2024.

The greatest highlight of the movie, which honors today's youngsters and the interactions that occur between them, is five wonderful songs. Hero Bibin George and Manikandan Perumpadappu, who rose to fame with their viral song "Oru Kaattu moolanu...", are singing songs in Koodal. The music for the film 'Koodal' was composed by Sibu Sukumaran, Albin S Joseph, Nikhil Anil Kumar, and Prasad Chembrasseri. The lyrics are penned by Shibu Pularkazhcha, Indulekha Warrier, M Krisnankutty, Nikhil Anil Kumar, Sony Mohan, and Shafi. Yazin Nizar, Manikandan Perumpadappu, Bibin George, Indulekha Warrier, Afsal Eppikkad, Shilpa Abhilash, and Anju Thomas are the singers. Vijay Master is the dance choreographer.

Mannarkkad, Attappadi, Coimbatore, and Malayattoor are the major locations of Koodal.
