'Swasam' with the life story of a Koodiyattam artist
The movie's associate director is Kannan Maali.
Filming for the upcoming film 'Swasam' has begun in Kottayam. At the pooja ceremony held at the Darsana Cultural Centre Kottayam, the crew members and guests of the film lit the Bhadra Deepam. Minister of Cooperation Department VN Vasavan revealed the film's title 'Swasam'. MLA Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan stated in his welcome address that similar to 'Moscow Kavala' and 'Ottamaram', Benoy Veloor's third film will provide viewers with a novel experience. Director Joshy Mathew stated that Binoy has established himself, and he thought Swasath was a story that would touch anyone's heart after reading the script.
Father Paul, Father Emil, director Sivaprasad, Cameramen Sunny Joseph, Vinod Illampally, Rajesh Peter, actors Somu Mathew, Harilal, and others gave greetings. Producer Reji Zachariah and director Benoy Veloor also spoke on the occasion.
The music for the film 'Swasam' is composed by Suvin Das, and the lyrics are by Sreerag Ashok and Sreemoolanagaram Ponnan.
Swasam movie was released in theaters on December 13, 2024. The shooting of Swasam will completed in and around Kottayam.
