Kundannoorile Kulsitha Lahala is a Malayalam movie written and directed by Akshay Ashok. Features Lukman Avaran, Veena Nair, and Asha Madathil as the lead. Jain George, Suneesh Saami, Pradeep Balan, Dasettan Kozhikode, Selvaraj, Baby, Mary, Anurath Pavithran, Adhin Ollur, Sumithra, Nithura, and Adityan along with a host of new actors are also lined up in the film. The movie Kundannoorile Kulsitha Lahala is produced under the banner of Cadre Cine Creation in association with PK Stories.

The film's cinematography is handled by Fajju AV and Aswin B does the editing. The chief associate directors of the film are Adhin Ollur and Sourabh Shiva, and the assistant directors are Anag S Dinesh, Vysakh MV, Anand Chandran, and Akshay Sathya.

Social media users are raving about the action sequences in the video involving the women. Even the name "Kundannur Kulsita Lahala" is currently the subject of intense debate on social media. The audience took over once the crew unveiled a three-minute trailer.

The first-look poster of the film Kundannoorile Kulsitha Lahala, released on 3 November 2023, has a different story and plot, and it impressed the audience. The typography of the title was designed by Ananthu Asokan, the first look poster was sketched by Ananthu Ayyappan, and the poster was designed by Adhin Ollur.

The story of the movie is based on the fictional village of Kundannoor and the stupidity of its locals. The shooting of Kundannoorile Kulsitha Lahala has been completed in the Atholi area of Kozhikode.

The music and background scores are composed by Melvin Michael from the lyrics by Akshay Ashok, Jibin Krishna, and Murugan Manthiram. The singers are Benny Dayal, Vaikom Vijayalakshmi, Jassie Gift, Anwar Sadat, and Ananya Chakraborty.

Synopsis

Kundannoor is a fictional village where the film is set. The Shantham group and the Nanma group are the two groups of women in this hamlet who are employed under the rural employment guarantee program. These stereotyped women propagate false rumors about other people in the hamlet. Amidst all of this, the village experienced a new phenomenon: the disappearance of undergarments. Who is responsible for this? This film shows the villagers' attempts to identify the person.
