Features new faces Jijo Gopi, Anagha, Sreelakshmi Aravindakshan, Tojo Upputhara, Riaz MT, Nadam Mural, Shivdasan Mattannur, Deepak Dharmadam, Rajendran Thayat, Ajay Ghosh, Sai Venkatesh, Suresh Arangu, Murali, Pramod, Sajith Indraneelam, Babu Koratty, Babu Muniyara, Ajith Pinarayi, Ravi Cheerata, Vijesh Muhammad, Ratheesh Panoor, Zulfia, Krishna, Sri Keerthi, Geetha, Aishwarya, Greeshma and Master Neelakantan are playing the lead roles. The story, screenplay, and dialogues for the film Thirayattam were written by director Sajeev himself, who wrote the screenplays of Kannaki, Aswaroodan, and Anandabhairavi.

Prasanth Madhav is the DOP of the movie Thirayattam with Ratheesh Raj as the Editor. Pramod Payyoli is the Chief Associate Director and Ajith Maithreyan is the Associate Cameraman. Thirayatham tells the tale of rhythms against the backdrop of rhythm melas. The account of a Peruvian who passed away before he could express his feelings for love, romance, and life. This is the first time a narrative like this has been adapted into a Malayalam movie.

Jijo Gopi is playing the lead role of Vishwan Malayan in this movie called Thirayattam. This is the movie featuring Jijo Gopi that came after Nippa. The music and lyrics for the songs in the film "Thirayattam" are arranged by the director Sajeev Kilikulm himself along with the music director Ebin Pallichan and lyricist Nithin K Cheriyan. The song "Mazha Mukil Mala Charthi" is penned by Nithin K Cheriyan and the music of this song and the background score of the film is composed by Ebin Pallichan. The songs are sung by Madhu Balakrishnan, Reeja, Nithya Mammen, Renu Chandra, Mithila, etc. with the orchestration of Kamarudheen Keechery. Asneesh is the choreographer of the movie Thirayattam.
