Gowri Nandha, Malavika Menon, Mareena Michael Kurisingal, and Lekshmy Nandan are featured in Happy New Year as the lead characters. Riyaz Khan, Vinod Kovoor, Kalesh, Vijayakrishnan AB, Nandu Anand, Biju Manikandan, Adirsha, Swapna Pillai, Neeraja, Sarangi Krishna, and others are other prominent stars. The movie Happy New Year is produced by Greeshma Sudhakaran under the banner of Meppadan Films.
