"Kadakan" starring Hakim Shahjahan in Ott
Released by Wayfarer Films, a division of Dulquer Salmaan
The chief associate director for the film Kadakan is Bichu. The narrative of Chaliyar is presented in the movie against the backdrop of Nilambur. It's a lighthearted family film. Actor Hakim Shahjahan is famous for his film 'Pranaya Vilasam'.
The audience witnesses the confrontation between the police and the sand mafia in 'Kadakan'. In addition to being the site of the oldest teak plantation in the world, Nilambur is a global leader in the sand and gold sectors. With the outlawing of gold panning and sandblasting, Nilambur turned into a police stronghold. The sand was used in the past to build houses and other structures, but once sandblasting was outlawed, rock dust was used instead. However, the question still stands: does rock blasting have an impact on nature if sandblasting is prohibited due to its disturbance of the natural equilibrium?
The movie 'Kadakan' will be watched by individuals who are familiar with Malabar and Chaliyar. The movie's plot is entirely unrelated. Hakeem Shahjahan, Ranjith, Nirmal Palazhi, Bibin Perumbilli, Jaffer Idukki, Sona Olickal, Sarath Sabha, Fahiz Bin Rifai, Manikandan R Achari, Sinoj Varghese, Geethi Sangeetha, and others are included in the film's distinctive visuals, killer soundtrack, and massive action sequences. Taking on roles three tracks from the movie, as well as the trailer, have been made available.
The subject of the movie is portrayed through an animated rendition of Baby Jean's composition and vocal performance of the title track, "Kurukku". The folkgrapher and his group sang the first song, Chowttum Kuthum. The folk writer penned the lyrics himself. The second song, "Ajjappamada" was performed by Salman SV, Dana Razik, Badusha BM, and Hanan Shah. It was composed by Shamsud Edarikode. Within seconds of their release, all three of these songs became extremely popular. On YouTube, the trailer is trending and has received over a million views.
