Vikram Malayalam action thriller movie is written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj after big-budget films 'Master' starring Vijay as the hero and 'Kaithi'. Features "Ulaga Nayagan" Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi, and Fahadh Faasil in Vikram as the main protagonists. S Disney serves as executive producer on the film, which is produced by Kamal Haasan and R Mahendran under the auspices of Raajkamal Films International. Narain, Chemban Vinod Jose, Arjun Das, and Kalidas Jayaram are also featured in the film. The film's dialogue was written by Ratnakumar and Lokesh, the director. Gireesh Gangadharan handles the camera and Philomen Raj edited the film "Vikram".

Vikram is Ulaganayagan "Kamal Haasan"'s 232nd film. The team spent 110 days filming "Vikram". During the film's backup, a video of Fahad Fazil and director Lokesh shooting with Vikram's team in the air quickly became viral.

The Hindi distribution rights to the motion picture Vikram are purchased by Dr. Jayantilal Gada's PEN Marudhar. The CBFC granted the film "Vikaram" a UA censorship certificate. On July 8, 2022, Hotstar is anticipated to begin streaming the film Vikram in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi on 8th July 2022.
