Indian former cricketer S Sreesanth plays the lead singer in the Bollywood movie "Item Number One" produced by Niroup Gupta and directed by Palooran for NNG Films. Sreesanth also plays the central character in the movie.

Sreesanth said, "It's a song that people love and has the potential to go viral. It's a comedy flavor character in the movie that can be described as a dance-oriented entertainer."

The music is composed by Sajiv Mangalathu. Sunny Leone's dance moves for an item song in the movie, with millions of fans around the world are one of the highlights of the movie.
