Translated Lives: A Migration Revisited documentary directed by Shiny Jacob Benjamin, which has been nominated and received recognition for several national and international awards, has been released by Shashi Tharoor MP on social media. The documentary was released on Shashi Tharoor's official Facebook and Twitter pages on 23^rd April 2022.

This documentary is produced by Mathew Joseph, a German Malayalee, who discusses the German immigrant life, history, sights, and experiences of teenage Malayalee nurses. The documentary was officially selected for the Eleventh Indian Film Festival in Stuttgart, the capital of southwest Germany’s Baden-Württemberg state, the International Documentary Film Festival, and the Science Film Festival. Awarded for Best Documentary at the 3^rd Kolkata International Short Film Festival.

The major documentaries of Shiny Jacob Benjamin are "The Sword Of Liberty", which discusses the history of Velu Thampi Dalawa, who has received numerous national and international awards and recognitions, "In Return: Just a Book" based on Russian novelist Dostoevsky's Life, "Ottayaal" about the life of social activist Daya Bai.
