Kurukkan Malayalam movie directed by newcomer Jayalal Divakaran. Features Vineeth Sreenivasan, Sreenivasan, and Shine Tom Chacko in Kurukkan as the lead characters. Manoj Ramsingh, the writer of Surabhi Lakshmi's National Award-winning movie Minnaminungu, penned the screenplay and dialogues. Synopsis

The killing of a social media influencer is the focal point of the film. The inquiry is being led by Officer Dinesh, who is having trouble identifying the murderer. Dinesh was determined to restore his reputation after suffering humiliation in another case, so he intended to have Hari—the only other person in the area at the time of the influencer's death—killed. Krishnan, a man infamous for providing fabricated justifications in court, is used by him to support his position. Throughout the movie, we observe Hari's retaliation to establish his innocence.
