ID The Fake Malayalam thriller movie is written and directed by newcomer Arun Sivavilasam. Features leading young actor Dhyan Sreenivasan in ID The Fake as the hero and Divya Pillai as the heroine with Indrans and Shalu Rahim as the central characters. The movie ID The Fake is produced by Muhammed Kutty under the banner of Essa Entertainments, the first production from the house. Apart from Dhyan, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Johny Antony, Jayakrishnan, Prashanth Alexander, Pramod Velliyanad, Ullas Pandalam, Smiju Sijo, Manohari Amma, Jasnya Jayadeesh, Baby, and Shiny Sara are also lined up in the film ID The Fake.

Faisal Ali, who has shot for Ordinary, Shikkari Shambhu, Madhura Naranga, and My Santa, is the cinematographer for the movie. KJ Vinayan, who has co-directed big movies like Mamangam, is the Chief Associate Director and the associate director is Tijo Thomas. Although director Arun Sivavilasam is a newcomer to the film industry, he is interested in direction and writing. The project ID The Fake was designed by Nithin Pream, and the line producer is Fayiz Yousaf. Aijaz VA and Shafil are the executive producers.
