Veekam Malayalam thriller movie is directed by Sagar Hari. Features Dhyan Sreenivasan, Sheelu Abraham, and Aju Varghese, in Veekam with Dinesh Prabhakar, Jagadish, Dain Davis, Dayana Hameed, and Muthumani as the lead characters. The movie Veekam is produced by Sheelu Abraham under the banner of Abaam Movies, the 12^th Production from the house. The screenplay for the film Veekam is also written by the director Sagar himself. G Sureshkumar, Baby Shreya, Sundarapandian, Dr. Suneer, Surya, and many newcomers are also on the cast list. The chief associate director of the movie Veekam is Sanu Sajeevan, the creative coordinator is Martin George Attavelil and the associate directors are Sangeeth Joy, Sakeer Hussain, Mukesh Murali, and Jo George.

The movie is set against the backdrop of a medical campus.

Director Sagar’s previous films are Kumbarees and Sathyam Mathrame Bodhippikkoo.

The title poster of the film was unveiled on 23^rd September 2021. Actors Manju Warrier, Unni Mukundan, and Kunchacko Boban released the title through their official Facebook page. The first look poster released was unveiled on 3^rd July 2022. The poster was released by leading actors Kunchacko Boban and Nivin Pauly. The first look poster featuring the main characters of the movie has been released.

The filming started followed by the pooja in Kochi on 18^th October 2021. Producers Abraham Mathew and Listin Stephen started the event by lighting the lamp at the Kurian's house in Ernakulam. Sheelu Abraham, Dinesh Prabhakar, Muthumani, and Diana Hameed were also present on the occasion. Filming is completed on 9^th November 2021 in and around Kochi.

The music for the film Veekam is composed by William Francis.

Veekam movie was hit the theaters on December 9^th of 2022 by Abaam Film Release of Abraham Mathew. Makers initially informed that the movie will be released in theaters by the end of July 2022. The satelite partner of the film 'Veekam' is Zee Keralam and the digital partner is Zee 5. Malayalam movie Veekam streaming from 24^th February 2023 on Zee5.
