Synopsis

A gorgeous valley is being driven through by an automobile. It's the automobile of Rtd Jail Suprend. A young girl, perhaps ten years old, is seen holding a bunch of flowers. a prison medical facility. A nurse is narrating a tale about a person who was hanged. It's being listened to by some. Among them is a female from Kashmir who looks to be around 21 years old. She has a very depressed expression. She informs the nurse that she needs to find a way out. The nurse advises her to hold off until she receives the president's pardon. She recalls the cries of Kashmiri girls when a young doctor at the jail hospital treats her poorly. She is comforted by the visiting advocate. However, the ruthless Jail Supreme desires the hanging of that 'terrorist' girl. Finally, the president turned down the plea for clemency. There's no point in hoping. She is moved to an imprisoned cell. The elderly judge visits her this time. He oversaw the Human Rights Commission as its chairman. She lets out a loud cry and expresses her wish to live longer. According to the judge, "If there was a life growing inside your womb, there were some loopholes in the law to extend your life." The girl attempts to put the judge's advice into practice. but falls short. Finally, she gets pregnant. The Chief Supreme asks how this could have occurred. He discovers that it occurred the night before Suprend's last day in jail when the girl inside the cell and the Jail Suprend, who was outside the cell, had sex. However, the state took two lives by hanging her to death while concealing the fact that she was pregnant. There's another glimpse of the first scene's automobile. But the girl's handheld no bouquet.
