The shooting commenced on 15^th October 2021 at Vandiperiyar, a spice village in the Idukki district. And the pack-up was on 16^th January 2022.

Kuri movie was released in theaters on July 22^nd of 2022 by Kokers Media Release. The GCC release rights of the movie Kuri are bagged by Stars Holiday Films. The movie was planned to release in theaters on July 8^th of 2022 and was postponed.
