Kshanikam Malayalam movie directed by debutant Rajeev Rajendran. Features Jewel Mary as the lead character with newcomer Rupesh Raj as the hero. The screenplay was penned by Deepthi Nair based on a real story. The movie Kshanikam is produced under the banner of the R Productions Family. The cast includes Nandalal Krishnamoorthy, Meera Nair, Smitha Ambu, Sunil Kalababu, Shinto, Baiju, Rocky Sukumaran, Arun Sol, Shilpa, Baby Navami Aravind, Abhilash Sreekumaran, and Ambootty, as well as a number of newcomers including Rohit Nair, Harishankar, and Austin.

The first look poster of the movie has been unveiled on 1^st September 2021 by megastar Mammootty, superstar Suresh Gopi, Jayasurya, Joju George, Navya Nair, Murali Gopi, Santosh Sivan, Jassie Gift, Gopi Sunder, Aishwarya Lakshmi, Madhu Pal, Deepti Sati, GS Vijayan, Krishnaprasad, Ajay David Kachappally, Meenakshi on Facebook and Instagram pages. Famous director TK Rajeev Kumar lit the lamp.

The movie Kshanikam has been shot in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. The movie is presented in a melodrama suspense style

KS Chithra and KS Harishankar have sung each song and the music has been composed by Dr. VT Sunil, who has years of experience as a music teacher with the lyrics penned by renowned poet Dr. Sheeja Vakkom. The song “Ilaveyiloli Nee Enn” sung by Harishankar from the movie Kshanikam is making waves on YouTube and the Tharattu song “Panineer Pookal" sung by Vanambadi KS Chithra was well received. The songs in the movie are full of the joys of love and the pain of boredom. The songs are arranged by Samson Silva, mixed by Hari Krishnan R, and mastered by Shadab Rayeen, the number one song mastering expert in India. The dubbing and mixing of the movie are done by Silver Line Studios under the direction of Shaji Madhavan and the movie is mastered by Jeo Pious.

The movie also has the distinction of being the second film to be shot in Mollywood on 8K Row after Villain.

Kshanikam movie was released in theaters in May 6^th of 2022, distributed by 72 Film Company.

Synopsis

In the story of Kshanikam, a couple loses their teenage son in an accident. The mother and father each try different coping mechanisms to deal with the awful catastrophe, but they both struggle with their emotions and their relationship.
