The first look title poster was unveiled on 10th September 2021, on actress Manju Warrier’s birthday. The first look poster of the Indo-Arabic movie Ayisha has been released on 18th February 2022. Apart from Malayalam, the poster has been released in English, Arabic, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada languages.
Ayisha, Set in the background of an Indo-Arabic movie started shooting in Ras Al Khaimah, one of the seven emirates that make up the United Arab Emirates on 25th January 2022. The movie's switch-on was officiated by Tariq Ahmad Ali Al Sharh Al Nuaimi, owner of Ras Al Khaimah AlQassimi Palace, and Muhsin Ahmed Salem Al Qaeda Al Ali, a well-known UAE writer. The event was attended by representatives of the Ras Al Khaimah Indian Association, SA Salim Nasser Al Maha. The movie will be shot in India - Delhi, and Bombay by the end of February 2022, and the filming will end in March 2022.

Synopsis
Ayisha is serving as a Gaddama for a royal family in the Middle East when the story takes place in 1988. Ayisha initially struggled because she was unfamiliar with the position and the culture. Ayisha's life as a housemaid and her relationship with the family's mistress is shown in the film. The film Ayisha demonstrates how her history interferes with her new phase.
