A girl with three big dreams in mind. One of her dreams was to become a movie star. Nancy has suffered a lot to make that dream come true. She kept her mind set on becoming a movie star one day and kept on working for it without giving up hope. At the forty-eighth audition, Nancy was selected as an actress. From the very first movie location, she has a big tragedy. Filming was completed in America, Greece, Kottayam, Thiruvananthapuram, Thodupuzha, Munnar, Vattavada, and Kuttikanam.

Director Manu James, who entered the cinema as a child actor in 2004 with the film I'm Curious, directed by Sabu James, has worked in Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Bollywood, and Hollywood films.

More than one hundred and thirty newcomers are making their debut through Nancy Rani. Another special feature is that around fifty students who want to study film are part of the production team.

The first look poster of the movie was released on 13^th October 2020, the 25^th birthday of Ahaana. The second poster of Nancy Rani, which tells the life of a girl who is a fan of megastar Mammootty, is out.

Nancy Rani movie will be released in theaters on March 14, 2025. The movie was planned to be released in theaters in December 2022 but was postponed.
