Kaduva Malayalam action movie starring Prithviraj Sukumaran in Kaduva as Kaduvakunnel Kuruvachan a young planter. Veteran filmmaker Shaji Kailas helmed the movie and scripted it by Jinu Abraham. Supriya Menon of Prithviraj Productions and Listin Stephen of Magic frames producing the movie Kaduva. Bollywood cinematographer Ravi K Chandran handles the camera of the movie Kaduva.

The shooting commenced on 17^th April 2021 and was packed up on 28^th February 2022. Around 96 days was the shooting schedule of the movie Kaduva in between Corona, Catastrophic Landslides, Floods and so many other crises making the movie.

The film 'Kaduva' music is composed and produced by Jakes Bejoy.

Kaduva movie was released in theaters worldwide on July 7^th of 2022 in five languages - Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi by Magic Frames Release. The movie's release was planned for June 30^th of 2022 and was postponed. The OTT rights of the film Kaduva are bagged by Amazon Prime Video and released on 4^th August 2022. The satellite rights of Prithviraj's movie Kaduva were bagged by Surya TV and the world television premiere on 8^th September 2022 at 6:30 PM, Onam special movie.

Synopsis

The 1990s setting of the film centers on Kuriachan. He is a Pala planter who runs other enterprises as well. He has a reputation for being frank and has a violent past. This event, in which he insults Joseph Chandi, an IPS officer, is the story's subject.
