Djibouti Malayalam romantic action thriller movie directed by SJ Sinu. Features Amith Chakalakkal, Jacob Gregory, Shagun Jaswal, Dileesh Pothan, and Anjali Nair in the lead roles. The film is produced by Joby P Sam, a Malayalee businessman from Djibouti, an African country, under the banner of Nile & Blue Hill Motion Pictures. Biju Sopanam, Sunil Sukhada, Tamil actor Kishore, Rohit Maggu, Alencier Ley Lopez, Pauly Valsan, and Master Da Vinci are also in the star cast. The plot of the film is about the arrival of friends from the countryside in Djibouti and the subsequent developments.

The movie started shooting on 25^th January 2020. The film focuses on romance and action and is mostly shot in Djibouti, a country in East Africa. The official trailer has been released by prominent Mollywood actors Prithviraj Sukumaran, Dulquer Salmaan, Fahadh Faasil, and Jayasurya on social media.

The romantic song 'Vinninazhake Kanninithale' sung by Shankar Mahadevan and Bindu Anirudh hit the charts. Deepak Dev composes music with lyrics by Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri and Vinayak Sasikumar.

Djibouti movie was released in cinemas on December 31^st of 2021 in the Indian languages of Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada. Apart from this film, it is also being released in the French language also. Blue Hill Films presented Djibouti, distributed in theaters by Goodwill Entertainments. The digital streaming will be on 25^th March 2022 through Amazon Prime Video.
